My Favorite Songs

I had so much fun going through my cd's one day and wanted to share some of my favorite songs with you. All of these songs are at least 10 years old, if not older (early 80's). Not on the list because they aren't very old is, King Black Acid, who get's my vote of being 1 of the 2 best bands of all time. Second best band of all time: The Pixies. The list is in no particular order.

2. Bauhaus: Kick in the Eye - Gothic/Dance
It's got a disco beat and you know it does.

3. Butthole Surfers: Cover of American Woman - Alt/Rock

4. Coctau Twins: Loreli - Gothic/Fantasy
Girls, you will love this beautiful band.

5. Cure: The Kiss - Rock
Amazing guitar!

6. Daniel Ash: Void - Alt/Rock
This song will make you float, for reals.

7. Daniel Ash: Hedonist - Alt/Rock
Guitar God at his finest.

8. Dead Can Dance: Cantara - Gothic with
an East Indian influence.

9. Echo and the Bunnyman: Thorn of Crowns - Very Alt/Rock

10. Fear of God: Betrayed - Metal
Must hear metal band.

11. Felt: Elegance of an Only Dream - Lt. Rock
Twisty and bendy song - great, one of a kind band.

12. Love and Rockets: All in My Mind - Alt/Rock
Just some damn good music.

13. Ministry: I Wanted to Tell Her - Alt/Dance

14. Ministry: The Missing - Industrial/Metal
Get down!

15. Nocturnal Emissions: Speed - Experimental
This darn noisey little song, cost me $40 in cd's trying to find it!

16. Pixies: Hey - Highest grade of rock, ever!

17. The Psychodelic Furs - Sister Europe
So beautiful.

18. Les Thugs: Banned in DC - Punk
Best 2 minute punk rock tune.

19. Shriekback: Accretions - Alt/Dance
Oh ya!

20. SOHO: Hamid and Jaques - Alt
Man, their album sucks! Except this one song is so
good, it made the list.

21. The Stone Roses: I Wanna be Adored - Alt/Rock
Who doesn't love this song?

22. The Stanglers: Raven - Alt/Rock
Nice little trip.

23. Tones on Tail: Real Life - Alt/Rock
Surreal little journey.

24. Violent Femmes: Promise - Rock/Punk
IÕll always love this song.

Feel good tune.
